Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) melakukan tindakan pencegahan ke luar negeri terhadap Ketua DPP PDIP Yasonna H Laoly (YHL) dan Sekjen PDIP Hasto Kristiyanto (HK) terkait kasus suap Pergantian Antar-Waktu (PAW) mantan calon legislatif PDIP Harun Masiku.

Hasto Kristiyanto sendiri telah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka di kasus suap Harun Masiku, serta disangkakan tindak pidana lain yakni menghalangi penyidikan atau obstruction of justice.

Adapun pencegahan ke luar negeri atau dicekal pergi ke luar negeri dilakukan KPK sebagai upaya penyidikan. "Keputusan ini berlaku untuk 6 atau enam bulan," kata Juru Bicara KPK Tessa Mahardhika, Selasa (26/12).

Sebelumnya Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) mengumumkan penetapan tersangka Sekretaris Jenderal PDI-P, Hasto Kristiyanto dan orang kepercayaannya, Donny Tri Istiqomah dalam kasus suap yang menjerat eks Calon Legislatif PDI-P 2019, Harun Masiku. KPK mengungkapkan ada bukti peran Hasto dan Donny pada kasus yang melibatkan mantan Wakil Ketua Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) 2017-2022, Wahyu Setiawan dan mantan Anggota Badan Pengawas Pemilu (Bawaslu), Agustiani Tio F.

Ketua KPK Setyo Budiyanto menyampaikan Hasto berupaya agar Masiku lolos menjadi Anggota DPR RI 2019-2024 melalui penempatan daerah pilihan di Sumatera Selatan I hingga melobi Anggota DPR RI 2019-2024 terpilih Riezky Aprilia yang berasal dari dapil sama untuk mengundurkan diri dan digantikan Masiku.

Seperti diketahui, dalam proses pemilihan legislatif tahun 2019, Masiku hanya mendapatkan suara sebanyak 5.878. Sedangkan Riezky mendapatkan suara sebanyak 44.402. ”Hasto berperan menempatkan Masiku pada Dapil 1 Sumsel padahal berasal dari Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan,” ungkap Setyo dalam konferensi pers di Gedung KPK.

Setyo juga mengungkapkan ada upaya lain dari Hasto agar Masiku tetap lolos ke menjadi Anggota DPR RI. Pertama, pengajuan Judicial Review kepada Mahkamah Agung pada 24 juni 2019. Kedua, penandatanganan surat nomor 2576/ex/dpp/viii/2019 pada 5 Agustus 2019 perihal permohonan pelaksanaan putusan Judicial Review. Namun setelah ada putusan dari Mahkamah Agung, KPU tidak mau melaksanakan putusan tersebut. Oleh Sebab itu, Hasto dijelaskan Setyo meminta Fatwa kepada MA.

Selain itu Hasto juga berupaya agar Riezky mau mengundurkan diri untuk diganti oleh Masiku, namun upaya tersebut ditolak. Hasto juga pernah memerintahkan Saeful Bahri, tersangka lainnya untuk bertemu Riezky di Singapura dan meminta mundur. Namun hal tersebut juga ditolak.

”Bahkan surat undangan pelantikan sebagai anggota DPR RI atas nama Riezky Aprilia ditahan oleh Saudara HK dan meminta Saudari Riezky untuk mundur setelah pelantikan,” ungkap Setyo.
