Mesa/Boogie Mark V (IIC+ mode) vs. Mark III (A/B comparison)

Mesa/Boogie Mark V (IIC+ mode) & 1986's non-EQ Mark III A/B Comparison.

The V is on a modified Marshall 4x12, fitted with 2 V30s and 2 C90s, double mic'ed with a MD421 and a SM57, right channel.

The III is on a custom made 4x12, fitted with the stock G12T-75 from the other cab, double mic'ed with two SM57s, left channel.

I am playing some Metallica riffs with a stock LTD KH-602 through a homemade A/B/Y box.

The Mark III has a Boss GE-7 in the loop, slightly 'V-shapped'(otherwise, it cannot follow the Mark V).

Sorry for the lousy mixing. I think the two amps go well together. I'd appreciate some comments :)
