Dream Theater's drummer audition with Lars Ulrich

When Mike Portnoy decided to leave Dream Theater, the band had to organize a lot of auditions for a new drummer. Several famous drummers did the audition, even Lars Ulrich from Metallica.
It is strange, because I remember that Jason Newsted was fired from Metallica because (officially) the band wanted an exclusive bassist and Newsted was playing with some other bands...
